We build peace

Our vision is simple: we want to see organisations and institutions making the best use of their people to build a just, peaceful and sustainable society in Southern Sudan. We’re going to do this by promoting and supporting leadership, professionalism, learning, experience sharing and knowledge creation in order to assist the peaceful reconstruction and development of Southern Sudan. The way in which we conduct ourselves in carrying out this mission is by being:
fair and open
efficient and professional
accountable and responsive
collaborative and participatory

Over the last decade we have:

• Trained over 390 women in leadership skills
• Trained over 90 women as trainee trainers
• Issued grants to women’s CBOS, who have trained over 240 women as a result
• Developed a network of 96 women community based organisations
